Owner Managed - This exceptional home has 100 feet of gorgeous sandy beach, located on Silver Lake. A large spacious deck gives you a wonderful place to watch the sun rise in the morning, and set in the evening!
This beautiful retreat was custom built to sleep 14-17 people (which includes a private guest house for one or two people), there are three and a half bathrooms, two stone fireplaces and a stereo system wired to play throughout the property (inside the home and out!) The home and beach include a large floating raft, dock for tying up the watercraft,
a nice yard with a small wooden playhouse and a tiki bar/hut. There is a wooden swing, picnic area and bonfire pit for family and friends to enjoy! This is an exceptional vacation home.
The master "sweetheart suite" has a queen size bed, fieldstone fireplace - complete with built-in wine storage, there is a working sink to accompany the small vanity. On the second floor is a large bedroom with it's own balcony overlooking the water. This room hosts a queen sized bed along with a set of twin bunk beds. Just beyond is "the pink room" with a full size bed with room for the twin roll-away stored in the full closet. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the loft, nice spot to watch television and fall asleep. The next bedroom holds a double bed, a single in the alcove and a few step climb of the natural wooden ladder to a second loft with a single bed. In addition, there is a detached guest cottage that sleeps two people on a full size bed. Also, the sofa in the living room is a hida-bed.
There are three and a half bathrooms in the home. One of them is pictured on this site having a green claw foot tub. There is another full bath, as well as a three-quarter bath hosting a stand-up shower, and a half bath accessible from the cottage and beach area. (Great for use when feet are wet and sandy from playing in the sun!)
What about the Beach? The great, sandy beach at this home is almost perfect! There is nice area for playing in the sand. Into the water is a nice, sandy bottom which gradually slopes to about 7 or 8 feet from the shoreline, then it gets deep. We float a swim raft in the middle of the cove for jumping in and playing around in the water. Optionally there is a pontoon for rent.
