To reserve your preferred dates,
1) Verify the availability on our quick check calendar(s)
2) Call our toll-free number 866.851.2132 with your credit card in hand
3) Get your "peeps" ready for some fun, fun, fun!

Deposit = 50% of the published (and/or negotiated) rate to block your dates on all published calendars
add $500. damage deposit which may be refundable after stay if our home is in the same or similar condition as when you arrived.

Check for our "Specials". These are our reduced rate weeks and weekends due to cancellations, available times, or just because we want you to experience our lovely homes so you'll tell your friends and come again! etc.

Beach:
Bring your own beach towels and foot protection. (ie. water shoes, flip flops, aqua socks, etc.)

We cannot be responsible for what happens in the lake.

We do our best to maintain all steps, decks, docks, dividers, pavers, etc.
New things may pop up every day.

In house supplies - we want your stay to be great. We'll start your vacation with some kitchen basics; tp, pt, garbage bags, dishwashing and hand soaps. There should be some coffee and basic spices, maybe a few condiments in the refrigerator (none will have been there for more than three weeks). Please replace what you use.
Shower, bath and bed linens are provided.

We have made every attempt to appropriately accessorize our home for your comfort and convenience. Some things you may wish to bring with you:

• If it's important to you
• Perishables - your favorite food and beverages. (there is a Glen's Market very nearby and Meijers is less than 10 minutes away)
• Your own medications
• Toiletries
• Hair care appliances (blow dryer, curling iron, etc)
• Your favorite water toys
• Some cell phones won't work very well. We recommend bringing a couple of options if you can
• Your own wireless card(s) for internet access
